Reiki-Hands on therapeutic bodywork. Clothing remains on during session. Client removes shoes and outer clothes. Client lays on their back on a massage table that holds up to 550lbs.

Reflexology-utilizes various pressure points throughout hands, face, ears, and feet to help relieve issues in the body.

Homeopathy- Natural substances that are diluted to energetic medicine and utilized by the body for healing itself. Homeopathy can handle acute and chronic care diseases and shines its best with relieving emotional issues, such as the loss of something big. Examples are a loved one through death or divorce, including pets, job loss, abuse, PTSD, etc.

Regular Services-Nutrition counseling for weight loss, autoimmune disorders and other health issues.

Herbal Medicine is part of regular services and covers-Teas, Tinctures, Essential Oils, Powders, Capsules. Custom blends as well as combinations of these styles of herbal medicines can be incorporated.

Visits can include all of these styles of healing modalities in combination or can be purchased ala carte.

Reiki Classes-Instruction for Reiki I Includes how to work on others as well as oneself, the history and symbols for Reiki I along with a Reiki I attunement from a Reiki Master. Certificate issued at the end of the class. Reiki I is a requirement for Reiki II. If you have already had your Reiki I attunement, you must present your certificate at registration. Reiki II Is for people who have had Reiki I and wish to create a business for themselves, do distance Reiki, and go deeper on their healing journey. Reiki II comes with the distance Reiki symbol and Reiki II attunement from a Reiki Master. This class also includes business ethics as well as how to set up a practice.

Nutrition Group Classes are an excellent and cost-effective way to remain accountable, learn tips and tricks for issues like breaking a stall, recipes, overcoming obstacles, staying on course. When in a group setting, some people are more inclined to learn and share experiences and what worked for them. This is a group and participation is encouraged. There are times/days that are varied enough to fit most schedules.

Virtual Visits are perfect for acute situations like cold, flu, or broken bones where the client is not able or comfortable leaving their home and has access to internet and a device. Virtual visits must be paid for at the time of the visit only, and any necessary intake paperwork emailed to the practice. They are via zoom links given at the appointment time

In Person Visits are for people who want/need a face-to-face visit. Coming into the office 15 minutes before the appointment might get you back out the door sooner, rather than later.

House Calls are for people who need a face-to-face visit but cannot get to the office. House calls may be booked for things like group Reiki/Reflexology/Nutritional sessions where there is more than 1 client as well. This can include Reiki Classes as some people prefer to take them as a group and enjoy that energy. Please give advanced notice to accommodate date/times and availability. This will be a multi-hour-visit,and the cost will be subjective to the service and number of people involved and will require a deposit.
